We at CAREERHARMONY, INC. (“CareerHarmony”, also herein: we, us, our etc.) are strongly committed to protecting the privacy of the users of our System (as hereinafter defined). The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you, what kind of information we may gather about you when you use the CareerHarmony system, web site, URL link(s), solution(s), and any database, information, text, images, software, products and services contained therein (“System”), how we may use that information, whether we disclose it to anyone, the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to correct the information, and the dangers your privacy may be exposed to when using the System.

GENERAL POLICY AND USE OF INFORMATION
Our policy is to respect and protect the privacy of the System users. We do not voluntarily disclose individually identifiable information about System users to any third party without first receiving the user permission. The System automatically gathers certain usage information like the quantity and frequency of visitors to the System, offers etc. (“Data”). We only use such Data in the aggregate. This Data helps us determine how much the System users use parts of the System and the different functions of the service, so we can improve the System to assure that it is as appealing and updated as we can make it for as many users as possible. We may also provide statistical “rating” information, never information about you personally, to our partners, allowing them to keep track of the ways in which the System users, collectively, use the System, allowing us in return to provide you a better service.

YOUR PROFILE INFORMATION
Another kind of information that we gather is personal information you are requested to provide us during the registration process and when updating personal details. You may be requested to provide the following accurate and updated information: E-mail, first & last names, address and country, answers to questionnaire, test questions, etc. (“Profile Information”). Your Profile Information will be processed and assessed in the System for use by the recruiters who post jobs on the System. The tests you will be undergoing and the results thereof will not be available to you and you hereby waive any rights to see such tests and/or results or any part thereof.

THE SYSTEM KEEPS YOUR PROFILE INFORMATION CONFIDENTIAL AND DOES NOT INTENTIONALLY SHARE IT WITH ANY THIRD PARTIES WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. NEVERTHELESS, BY SUBMITTING SUCH PROFILE INFORMATION AND USING THE SYSTEM, YOU INDICATE YOUR CONSENT TO SHARING YOUR PROFILE INFORMATION WITH THE RECRUITERS WHO POST JOBS ON THE SYSTEM. IF YOU PREFER THAT YOUR PROFILE INFORMATION WILL NOT BE SHARED WITH SUCH RECRUITERS, YOU SHOULD REFRAIN FROM USING THE SYSTEM AND SUBMITTING SUCH PROFILE INFORMATION TO US.

We will not otherwise disclose your personal profile information unless acting under a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) comply with applicable law and/or legal proceedings; (2) protect and defend our rights or property; (3) enforce the CareerHarmony System Terms of Service; (4) act to protect the interests of System users or others; or (5) in special emergencies when we believe physical safety is at risk.

YOUR ACCOUNT
The holder of an account to the System and a password, or anyone on his/her behalf or authorized by him/her, has the ability and discretion to provide, disclose, update or delete, at any time, the entire Profile Information provided for that account or any part thereof on or from the System servers. Unless produced directly by us, the information you access or receive by using the System and information sent to you by the recruiters or by other users, is provided, entered or posted by such recruiters and/or other users and is not reviewed, controlled, examined, verified or endorsed by CareerHarmony in any way. The System will not send you any unsolicited information, including e-mail, except as mentioned herein, though you may get such information from the recruiters.

SECURITY
The System offers a number of assessment instruments for completion on the Internet, and subsequent use by trained and accredited consultants and HR professionals. The confidentiality, security and control of assessment data and results are of primary interest to us.

- Primary Security:
The first level of security provided is structural. Our web site (www.CareerHarmony.com, “Web Site”) does not contain the assessment tests and questionnaires, or the assessment programs or the results. It is therefore impossible to access the assessment programs or the results through the Web Site itself. Results are not held in an encrypted form but are held on separate servers. It is our intention to make the required changes in the foreseeable future, so to protect the System with a firewall and later on to allow the System to process and store encrypted data. When such modifications are made available, we will post a notification to that fact on the Web Site.

- Secondary Security:
System users are provided with usernames and passwords before they may access the tests and questionnaires. Similarly, recruiters may only access results for their job postings after provision of their usernames and passwords. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords and will be responsible for all activities and charges resulting from any use thereof, including unauthorized use. RIGHTS AND NON-CONFIDENTIALITY
Any information or material submitted or sent through the System, will be deemed not to be confidential or secret. By submitting or sending documents, information or other material ("Material") through the System, you warrant that: (1) you have no rights of any kind in or to such Material; (2) to the best of your knowledge no other person has any right in or to such Material; and (3) you grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute the Material, and you further agree that we are free to use any ideas, know-how, concepts or techniques you send us or otherwise make it available, for any purpose.

PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES
Should we decide to change this Privacy Policy, we will publish such changes on our web site:www.CareerHarmony.com so,that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information and whether we will disclose it to anyone.

TERMINATION
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, and may choose to terminate, limit, reduce, change or deny at any time, temporarily or permanently the access granted to any System user, account ,services, content and information or any part thereof, for any reason whatsoever or for no reason at all, without prior notice
